Delivery Options |
Presently, Fluid Defense uses Fedex as its preferred carier for Ground shipping
for orders shipping to addresses in USA. If you require express delivery or have an international
address we can still deliver - simply select 'other'
and record your shipping preferences
in the available box, freight costs will be added to your account at time of invoicing;
alternatively call our Customer Support Center on (888)
429-3135 to place or amend your order.

How long will it be before I get my order?
|
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization,
process the order, and ship the order with Fedex or your carrier. Shipping time
alone can range from 1 to
7 business days for Fedex to addresses in USA. Orders normally
ship within 24 hours from our Illinois based warehouse. On the rare occasion an
item is not in stock, you will be notified with approximate ship date.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box? |
|
Yes, however, you must use the 'other' freight option, or phone
or email order. Additional handling and postage charges
will apply as Fedex does
not deliver to PO Boxes. These charges will be applied at time of invoicing. |

Shipment Tracking |
Registered users can track their order through the Account tab. Depending
on the status of your order, it will appear on either the Open Orders page, or Account
Info - Open Invoices.
If you are not a registered user and would like to know the status of your shipment, please call our Customer Service Center 1-888-429-3135.
